Day 72: I Will Follow

Ruth 1:16

"...Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.”

Ruth’s words to Naomi show a remarkable commitment to loyalty, love, and faith. She willingly left behind her comfort and identity to follow Naomi and trust in Naomi’s God. This decision was more than devotion to family—it was a bold act of faith. Like Ruth, we are called to step into God’s plans with trust, even when the path is uncertain.

• Who in your life needs your faith-filled loyalty and encouragement today?

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Ruth’s example of faith and devotion. Help me to follow You wholeheartedly, trusting Your plans and embracing Your people. Strengthen my faith to walk boldly where You lead. Amen.
