Day 86: A People of Truth & Peace

Zephaniah 3:13

"The remnant of Israel will do no wrong; they will speak no lies, nor will deceit be found in their mouths. They will eat and lie down, and no one will make them afraid."

God calls His people to be set apart—walking in truth, integrity, and peace. This verse speaks of a remnant who live righteously, free from deceit, and resting securely under God’s protection. In a world where dishonesty and fear often prevail, we are invited to live differently. When we surrender to His refining work, He shapes us into a people who reflect His truth, living with confidence and without fear, knowing He is our protector and provider.

• How can you strive to live with greater integrity in your words and actions?

• What fears do you need to surrender to God so you can rest securely in Him?

Prayer: Lord, make me a person of truth and peace. Help me to walk with integrity, speak words that honor You, and trust in Your protection. Let my life reflect the character of those set apart for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
